What are the available payment methods?

At the moment, we only accept Cash on delivery.

 

 

What happens if there's been a delivery mishap to my order? (damaged or lost delivery) 

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any product that falls under the below categories should be documented by taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected product and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at Dicha.eg@gmail.com (if applicable).

 

 

How do I care for my bag?

When not using your bag, we recommend storing it in a well-ventilated room or closet and away from direct sunlight that may cause uneven fading. If hanging up for a long time, you might like to remove anything particularly heavy, as excess weight could cause its handles to warp. Should your bag need cleaning, our leather is ideal for removing surface dirt and enhancing water resistance. On that note: don’t use any alcoholic substance trying to clean the leather surface, however, can be cleaned using a soft, damp cloth.

 

 

Something on my bag is broken. Can I send it to you for repair?

Yes. Loose stitches, accessories problems, and other material or workmanship issues fall under our guarantee. If something happens to your bag that shouldn’t have, please e-mail us at Dicha.eg@gmail.com and let us know—we’ll get it fixed up for you!

 

 

What type of leather do you use?

We use Vegan leather, a fake 'leather' material that does not use animal skin.
The most commonly used materials for synthetic leathers are polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and polyurethane (PU).
PU has less layers, making it more pliable and flexible to work with, can even wrinkle and stain like natural leather would while PVC can stand more extreme wear and weather condition.

 

 

How do I place an order?

Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on add to cart button to place it in your Shopping cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. 
Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked to choose your payment method and payment information.
